Has anyone had experience using a product like Dolphinite to bed screws in wood?
I am just about done refinishing my 15 sport interior and I read in the refinishing book I bought that it's a good idea to bed the screws (wood to wood) with dolphinite.
Is this necessary? Are there other products that do the same thing?
Thanks,
Gerrit

Although I'm not familiar with Dolphinite, It appears to me after looking it up that it is a product that would be especially needed for wood that is going to be below the water line as it bonds the wood and joints together. If you are asking about using it for the interior assembly of your sport, then I wiould say no, in that it doesn't look like you could ever disassemble it again if you needed to.
