Like you, I just got a 15' 1995 Rage with the OMC 115 hp jet drive and I didn't get a manual! They must be similar. If I hear anything, I will let you know! One way that might work is to suck antifreeze up from a bucket with antifreeze in it and do it with a small bilge pump. Once you see it beginning to be discharged, shut off the engine! You can start the engine with the hose and do a quick switch over with the pump.
