I really enjoyed the challenge of the FREE Key Chain Contest. I am trying out the new feature here to see how many other members would be interested in continuing something like this. I would be willing to sponsor the next 2 key chains if Joe and the Admin's could come up with some good ideas. I think it would be cool to have a different sponsor for the contest every time so it is fun for everyone.

Perhaps Joe could start a Department of Obscure Knowledge to handle the topics for future contests. :D On the other hand I have discovered the the WC family already is the Department of Obscure Knowledge, so maybe it would be redundant. ;)

Seems like with only 18 votes out of 11k members this might be a waste. It would be the usual group trying to win -- most of us already have these on our boats anyway. I have tried to come up with a challenging contest geared around Whalers but find it difficult seeing that most every question that could be raised about Whalers has been addressed on this site before.
Maybe the contest should be to figure out something that has never been asked here before -- LOL :o
