I'm looking for info on obtaining a floating dock for my 130 Sport. Would like it to be large enough to provide walk-around space so I can place a mooring cover on the boat. The dock may be secured wirh lines to all 4 corners or to stationary dock. We do have tides to contend with.

Lee,
There are several options for a 130 Sport, Jetdock, EZDock and versadock are three. I have a Jetdock for my 18 and I love it, but it was not cheap. It uses no rollers but rather uses a skid plate to get the boat up and onto the dock. EZDock uses Stolz rollers to enable you to drive onto the dock. VersaDock, uses a channel down the center to cradle the boat. It doesn't look like it has the ability to winch the boat off if necessary, but uses the outboard to push water up onto the dock, releasing the boat.

Get the Jetdock. I got one this summer for my Montauk and I wish I had got it years ago. It is easy to to go up and down and like you I deal with tides. The boat doesn't have to sit on the ground anymore.
Here is a picture of my buddy and the Jetdock:
