I just joined this forum and tried to send an e-mail to a fellow member with the screen name of CES. His mailbox was full so I got an error message. Is this a reasonable way to hook up?
Thanks, and great site by the way!
Don

Don,
You said you sent an email and his mailbox was full...
Try sending him a Private Message (PM) and see if that will work.

Actually, I think it was a private message that I had seen on his homepage. Where is a separate e-mail address located? (I'm still poking around enjoying this website and learning!)

Found it under profiles. Please disregard my last post. I'll try again to contact him directly!

No problem.
If his Private Message mailbox is full, then he is going to have to empty some of his old messages before he can receive new ones.
An email to him in this case would obviously be an other alternative like you found out.
Welcome aboard WhalerCentral.

Hey guys. DJP, I got your email a few minutes ago. Sorry about not clearing out my Whaler Central PM mailbox...
Welcome to Whaler Central. I wasn't sure there were other Whaler owners up in this neck of the woods, glad to know there are a few of us here in N. TX.

DJP,
Welcome to Whaler Central! If you get to fish with CES (Cliff), watch carefully at his technique. He is known for catching very large fish in North Texas and we all want to know his secrets.

Thanks guys. I haven't had my boat in the water for quite a while. With the nice weather we have now, I've talked my wife into taking our RV and the whaler to Lake Lavon for the weekend to play and pretend that we are really "out of town". Maybe CES can visit and show me how to catch a monster out there...

DJP, I plan on taking the kids out this Sunday to make another attempt at breaking the largest fish record on Lake Lavon. Maybe we can meet up?
