1990 Johnson 88SPL, runs great but there is only a tach on the dash for the gauges. I'm thinking a temp gauge would be nice, as well as warning lights. Anyone know of a source to get these? Are they generic?

Here are the OEM
OMC gauges through the years. Does yours look anything like these? If so, what series.

All I have is a tach, looks like the traditional series.

You can buy the gauges through any Evinrude dealer.
The Traditional series is harder to find as they no longer make them but some dealers may have some old stock.
Otherwise, I would buy the Tech Series gauges but keep your tach for now. When your tach finally goes, then replace it with the newer Tech Series.

Outboards usually have a water pressure instead of temperature.
Volts, trim, RPM Speed etc. Go to IBOATS.com. I got my gauges thru them.
West Marine and Boaters World also have them..
