Where on a Montauk 17 is the best place to mount a Racor Gasoline Spin On Fuel Filter/Water Separator?

I installed one the small Racor 025's under the RPS, attaching it to the inside of the leg with one small bolt. This filter is more than adequate for this boat and is just about invisible in this location.
