Purchased a consol from Specialty 2 weeks ago,have e-mailed them numerous times..all to no avail,need more parts but i am skeptical, no communication!! has anyone any reassurance they can offer????

Yup , sure did. My concern is the lack of communication on there part,i have sent numerous e-mails requesting info on other items they manufacture, and nothing.....no word , so then i attempt to find a phone listing for there company...nothing. Sheesh, I cant imagine running my business like that.

No luck in finding an web listings, DBA etc. Google drive by photos shows flex office space and no signage.

If you can find a business next door, give them a call and ask if they are still around.

they do exist and I have had many emails back and forth with Eric in my search for some specific hardware. Not sure why you are having trouble but Eric has always gotten back to me. Perhaps he is away from the office???

That's good to hear. I have ordered a few things from them and always been completely satisfied. I don't think they are a brick and mortar operation to speak of, as in showroom, warehouse type physical address, but that's not required anymore. As you say, sometimes we all have too many balls in the air and one gets dropped. Let's give them the benefit of the doubt for now. Sometimes little companies get big faster than their systems can keep up with. That's probably the case here.

i just bought a leaning post for my Outrage from them and it is really nicely done. he was a little hard to contact from time to time but all in all, he did come thru. i think that Eric is basically a one man show when it comes to communication. keep trying.

Eric is not out to scam you from your money. West coast guys are a little more laid back than you east coast fellas.

This has been a topic with several vendors who supply Whaler related items. Go back and do a search in the forum for Specialty Marine (CLICK HERE I have done it for you) and you will see that he has come through and with great QUALITY. I am planning to order seat cushions for both my coolers through them -- compared to the stock igloo ones out now his are really nice.
