That is the most original flat faced console I have seen in many years on a Montauk.

Thanks Joe, and yes, I should have given a tip-o-the hat to all who make this site possible. A hearty Thanks to all. It took over a year of looking for this old Montauk and WhalerCentral was instrumental in raising my Whaler IQ during the long search. 'Preciate it guys.
