Just got my first Whaler.I am trying to find out some history. It has the ribs so I guess its a 71. I can't find any numbers but the registration says 00668.Does this mean anything to anyone?I'm in Georgia and the person I bought it from was the 2nd owner. The 1st owner used it to develop Green Island which is near Savannah.I would appreciate any help.Does anyone know how many were built? Sorry for so many ?'s I've wanted a Whaler for years.

It is possible that the number on the registration refers to the Stenciled Serial Number of that hull (1971 was before HINs were required) in which case you would have the 668th 21 footer built. You can confirm this by looking in the inside of the splashwell dam and seeing if you see the Stenciled Number.
It could be a 1972 model as well.
