I was scanning CPD web site and it looks the Guardian line has been updated to the newer hulls.

CPD Recreational
Guardian 15 => 150 Sport
Guardian 17 => 170 Montauk
Guardian 18 => Not sure LOA is 18' 2", beam is 8'
Guardian 19 => 190 Montauk
Guardium 22, 25, 27 appear to still be the classic hulls

There is also a new option to build your boat.

Thanks for pointing this out.

I would be curious if the added reinforcement and layups would necessitate higher HP ratings. Will take a closer look and compare the specs.
