There is a RPS there I would like to buy - but I need it shipped and the seller doesn't seem willing to do that. I have asked the seller to reconsider but I haven't heard back yet. I was hoping there was a member close by that would be willing to lend a hand. I would cover whatever costs including your gas. Let me know.

I am near LaPorte, but I am not headed your way. I do have an RPS's for sale and I will ship it. These things break down and package up nicely. I have sent a couple of them to CA. and WA. state for approx. $100 shipping w/UPS. You can see my seat at craigslisthouston item # 667990602 or I can e-mail pictures, it's $600 plus freight, thanks

Still looking for any help though - Looks like Paul's is fiberglass and I really want the teak - bummer.

Where's La Porte located near? I'm in Mckinney which is about 35 miles northeast of Dallas.

I'm in Missouri City, not that far away from LaPorte (in Texas terms). I could get it for you but it would have to be weekend after next since I'll be out of pocket this coming weekend. Letme know if I can help.

CES - La porte looks to be about 5 hours from you. It looks like its near Houston - boy thats one big state...lol

Bob - thanks for the offer -I looked at Mapquest - seems like it could be 40 minutes for you (depending where both of you actually are). Are you sure thats not too far?

I will contact the seller again and see if he is willing to hold it.

Yes, Texas is a HUGE state. In fact, if you're driving I-10 westbound, once you exit west texas on I-20 through El Paso, it'll take you two days. God bless Texas!!

I'm in Clear Lake Shores about 7 miles down the bay. Make the arrangements and I will pick it up and knock it down for you. I am in La Porte all the time on business because the container port is there. I should be able to get it in my Suburban I think.

Wow! You guys are the best! - The seller called me late last night and left a voicemail - He said he would call me again this morning and we could work something out - If he is not reasonable I will take one of you up on your generous offer. I will fully cover whatever expenses are incurred.
