I'm sorry but I can't seem to get the picture posting down. How do you post good clear pics on here? I'm not to computer savvy but I'm willing to learn. I have Microsoft photo editor, what is the best size to use? How do I load the pictures on the site correctly? I used Imagevenue.com to load them on here, is there somewhere better?

There are two options

1) upload them to photobucket (or similar) and then add the link in your post.

2) upload them from your computer into the post. You need to use the REPLY and not the Quick Reply so you use the attachment feature.

The photo needs to be less than 98 kb, (think medium quality, medium size). I reduce the size/quality of every photo. The file name should be all lowercase with no spaces or _ .

Correct filename example: myphoto.jpg

Incorrect filename example: my photo_3.jpg

Once you attach the photo and post, if the photo does not appear, check the filename and size. Edit the post and retry.

When I change the photo to make it smaller and not high quality, I save it as name.jpg

What are the letters that are after the period? name.???

We recommend that everyone reads the FAQ's including the Personal Page FAQ.

There are free programs you can download that will shrink the photo down to size. These do not necessarily reduce the quality of the photo that is noticeable on the screen.
