Hi men, I have recently purchased a used Tohatsu 30 EP with five hours on the clock from a friend of mine. It comes with an eleven inch pitch prop.
I will be using the engine on a thirteen foot Boston Whaler for inshore bass fishing and will be fishing alone on most occasions so the whole setup will be at minimum weight.
I have been looking over here in the UK for a thirteen or fourteen inch pitch prop and the quoted prices are pretty steep.

On Ebay today there is a new Hustler prop, thirteen inch pitch that will fit my engine for BuyItKnow £78 ($133) which is a considerable saving over the Tohatsu prop.

I’ve read a little on these props, do you guys know of any issues concerned with fitting them and there reliability or maybe you have one.
Or should I just bite the bullet and buy the genuine article. Any advice would be most welcome.
