I would like to put outriggers on the T-Top of my 25' Outrage for offshore trolling. Any recommendations? The ones I have seen on the internet are very expensive.

When I found my boat the previous owner had it rigged with the Lee-Aluminum gunnel mounted outriggers, 14' or 15' I think. At one time I thought about replacing them with T-top mounted riggers, which I also found to be very expensive.

I do alot of trolling and my preference is the Lee's. They are lightweight and very sturdy. I can troll 2 lines on each pole, offshore I troll a total of 7 lines...The riggers stay rigged (not broken down) even when trailering down the road. I'm able to lay them along the gunnels and using velcro straps secure them to the cleats. When I launch I'm able to just place them in the holders and go! Very simple. I think you can get a pair with the mounts for $400 or $500?

I do like the T-top mounted type which do look nice and are up out of the way. I just couldn't justify the expense especially since the riggers I had worked great. Good luck in your search, check ebay. You may even want to post some want ads on some fishing forums.
