Old cable and pully steering is shot.
I want to convert to new single push/pull style steering assembly.
Who would be knowledgeable that I could buy one from the right model/length.
My outboard is already set up with the tube on the mounting hardware for this style steering.

What do you mean by shot? If the cable is bad it is easily and cheaply replaced. If the pulleys are bad they can easily be replaced. Cable and pulley is the best steering system for small boats. BTW don`t trash the system. Many folks would like to buy it.
