i'm repowering my 1963 restored 13 ft whaler...i had a 1979 25hp evinrude, i'm looking to upgrade to a newer 40hp four stroke yamaha, but they all seem to have a 20inch shaft and i need a 15 inch short shaft according to the boat specs...

any ideas out there?...........thanks
