Joe's mom passed away this morning.

I spoke with Joe this morning and he is doing as well as can be expected under such circumstances.

My prayers are with you as well. I have lost two loved ones in the past four days also. I get it buddy, I know how you are feeling. This is pretty hard.

Joe,
Lost both my folks over the last 3 years....
...At times, it seems all I have left are memories...some pictures...and that old boat...
But thanks to Whaler Central....those things are very much alive today....
My best to you and your family....
Remember that you have 8000 new "family" members, who feel your loss...and will be there should you ask....

I'm very sorry to hear that you lost your mom Joe, I've been down that road, It's a tough nut to crack, try to think of it this way:
Mother's are special people, they only know "Good", they only know "Right and wrong", somewhere something has happened where God need's her, GOD ONLY PICK'S THE BEST SOLDIERS !

Joe, just caught this thread. So very sorry to hear of your loss. My mom is still alive and i know how devestating it will be when i lose her. Again, so sorry, and obviously didn't know when i left you a message this morning, so ignore my question and deal with her loss, which i know will be hard to do.

I would like to thank everyone here for your thoughts.
I also wish to thank everyone that sent me a Private message too.
I want to thank everyone here rather than trying to respond to all the PM's I received. I hope you understand.

My Mother's funeral was yesterday and luckily we had beautiful weather.

I am closing this thread as this chapter in my life has passed.
I will of course always have the memories.
