What is a good size for this boat ?any help

My personal choice and my favorite all around size is the 8 hp.
I used it on my 1978 Montauk, my 1997 Outrage 17' II, and my 1985 Outrage 18'....
The 8 hp is suited for many different size boats with the 20 inch shaft length...

Have a 9.9 2-stoke on out currituck. Moves the boat very well. Have tied it off and used the main as a rudder. I like the motor link, but our kicker is on a bracket.
