I am about to purchase a 1999 outrage 17 II with a 150 Evenrude etec. I must be Thick headed but I can’t seem to find an owners manual on line.

Boston Whaler did not post Owner's Manuals online until after 2005 ish.

What questions do you have?

Thanks Phil, I won’t be getting the boat for about three weeks but just wanted to review any recommended products, gear or tools I might need.
