I have 1963 standard boat and it looks like it had the railing on it at on time. Did those boats have the railing or just some models? Does anyone know where I might to buy replacement railing ? I will go looking in the parts for sale. Thanks

You have a "Sport" model with the steering wheel and console.

Railings were optional in those days.
Bow or Side Rails.

Kardar2: I watched the remainder of your video part II. You should not destroy your Boston Whaler 13 transom. It is original and in good condition. It needs a minor repair now that you removed the transdapter piece. The steering wheel you have on the boat is an original BW steering wheel. Remove the hull from the trailer since the hull is resting on a failed centerline keel supporting roller bracket.

I was wonder about the steering wheel but thought what’s not because all videos I saw had the chromed spoke steering wheel. The black plastic on the spokes a really cracked so not sure if I could find a place to fix the cracks. I would like to keep it original as much as possible. Thanks for the info. I thought the wood is original too but hard telling. How does the front anchor hatch lid he secured? The is is no hinges or holes where hinges should be. I figured the vibration the wood fall off

Kardar. I am also looking for railings, so if & when I find a good source, will let you know. I have a 2013 210 Montauk and was just informed my local dealer that Boton Whaler is no longer making parts. So, now looking at secondary markets.
