i have a brand new 2021 150 Montauk i already put 65 hours in six months and this boat runs beautiful i had no problems whatsoever untill this weekend 10-16-21 i smell fuel while coming back to the marina..i went to the back of my Whaler and there was fuel leak on the top of the fuel tank and leaking down to the bottom..i made sure the fuel cap exhaust was open on the fuel cap and then i open up the fuel cap and there was still pressure coming out of the tank..the fuel leak was coming from the top inlet or outlet fuel fitting bottom housing nut (with 2 slits ) at the base going into the top of fuel tank also i noticed the bottom nut at the base was a little loose so i tightened it a little because i did not want to strip the plastic threads on the fuel tank then i disconnect the fuel line from the tank and pulled the tank out completely then i shook the fuel tank a few times and the fuel started leaking again at the bottom base of the top of the fuel tank...i am wondering if anyone else has had this fuel problem with there fuel tank..the fuel tank has a brochure on the fuel cap and says it has a warranty for 2 years..Moeller 12 gallon 45 Liters #630012LP ..i'm wondering is this a Boston Whaler Warranty or Moeller fuel tank warranty..i keep my boat on a slip in the marina and was told this can be very dangerous especially i keep my boat covered at all times..any advice would sure help especially me being a first time boater..

Contact your Boston dealer right away.
Your boat is under warranty and this is a serious issue. For terms, consult your owners manual.
You will want to ensure you do not have a fuel leak that leads to water contamination or a chance of fire.
I suspect it is a defective anti-syphon valve.
