Well, before I go out and spend the $$ to rechrome my helm bezel, I figured I'd ask around to see if anyone might have one in good condition that they'd like to sell. Already tried Twin Cities and no luck

Here's a pic of what I'm looking for - all the way at the bottom.

Binkie,

Makes sense, certainly worth a try.

I'm still keeping my eyes open for replacements as a fall back.

Thanks,
Denny

How about Teleflex?

Well, I tried the steel wool option on a test area but it looks like most of the chrome is shot.

Certainly want to keep it OEM if possible.

Anyone updating their 13 Sport to Teleflex? I'll take that chrome bezel off of your hands (at a fair price - of course) if it's in good condition!

Thanks,
Denny

If you want to keep it original, a strategy I applaud, then just re-chrome the part. Shouldn't cost more than $30-$40.

If there is a marine boneyard that is in convenient driving distance, it may be worth a trip.
