Spectrum offers a repair kit for filling nicks, scratches and gouges.

They sell gelcoat by the quart.

Problem is the color match is not always spot on due to the age of your gelcoat and the color variations from the factory.

If you have a small chip or scratch I would use Locktite Marine Epoxy in White. It dries to a close match and costs $7 a tube rather than the $45.

For Whaler gelcoat, you can't do better than Advance Coatings Company, in Massachusetts. You can find them by their website, but must call to place an order.

They sell quarts, with wax added and in brushing consistency, for $50 + shipping.
A gallon is $150, in 4 qt cans. I have found Spectrum gelcoat to be a short shelf life product, with no wax for curing, and WAY overpriced.

Advance was one of Whaler's original gelcoat suppliers. I use them exclusively, and have found their product to be first class, with about an 18 month shelf life.

Ask for Russell.
