Thread subject: Whaler Central - Boston Whaler Boat Information and Photos :: Seat Clamp Dimensions for 11' Classic

I have a 1976 11' Classic with tiller steering. My boat is currently missing the port and starboard seat clamps.

Can anyone send me the dimensions/specs/template of the wood so that I can build them myself and install them?

If this information is already on WC, please point me to it.

Thanks in advance.

We have the drawings for the Sport 13'
Not sure if the seat clamps are different in size for the 11'

Joe...Thanks, that helps. But, before I get out my saw and drill, I may wait and see if an 11' BW owner might measure and post the dimensions. Thanks again, and appreciate your work on this site.

I will look as I have them in my garage. Mine is a sport model so I will just measure the passenger side as you do not have the console. Yours should be two of the same as it is just to hold down the twart. You might want to customize it for height if you want to put the tank under it etc.

Thanks so much in advance. I live in downtown Tampa, so if your boat is nearby, I'd be happier to take the measurements if it's easier...

Once we find out what length the 11' model is, we can compare them to the 13' model.

13' length of the seat clamp is 54 inches and the height is 4 inches.
see the attachment below.
Also in our Downloads section for the rest of the drawings for the 13' Sport model.

From Nick

Space for the twart is about 11". Rail is 35.5" long. 3" tall and little over 3/4" wide.

Thanks Phil.

The cut out is evenly spaced from front to rear with 2 screws on each side screwing it to the gunwale.

Would anyone happen to have the seat dimensions for the classic 11' w/ tiller? My mahogany seat was split in half in a hurricane, and I've unfortunately lost my notes with measurements on it.
