I am running a Yamaha F50 [fixed engine model] on my
1986 13 super sport. At WOT I am running 6000rpm which is the top of the suggested rating for my engine. The current prop is aluminum and is not in the best of conditions. The only mark I can see on it is 13, which I assume is the pitch so I am not sure what the prop diameter is. I am now in the market for a stainless prop and was wondering if I should get a slightly larger diameter prop.
(changed to full 4 digit year per guideline #1 at the top of this page)

I would try a 13' pitch SS prop since you are at the top. Might bring you down a hundred or 2 rpm's.
