18' 1987 outrage with 2010 150 Evinrude. What size prop should I get?

Here are the top 3 owner tested and recommended choices for the E-TEC 150 (G1) and the 198x Outrage 18:

14-1/4” x 18” Mercury Enertia /Quicksilver Q3 (+3 holes)
SST 14-3/4" x 19" (#176617)
Viper 14-3/4" x 19" (#176627)

With a 1992 Yamaha V-6 150Hp 2-stroke, I am running a 4-blade Mercury Marine Offshore Series stainless prop, model #48-825898A46 17P (14.5” x 17P). I believe this model has been superseded.

(This is on a 1992 19 Outrage II, which is the same hull as the Outrage 18, although spec weight is heavier.)

I have always found that OMC/BRP prefer to run OMC/BRP props. Depends on your budget and bling factor between the SST and Rebel as performance will be very close.
