I am sad to report that Mike Hayden, co-founder of WhalerCentral, passed away on December 27th.

Mike contributed greatly to the whaler knowledge base and was a key player in the creation of the online whaler community.

He was a truly great guy, and will be missed.

I have known Mike for around 20 years.
We had many all night technical discussions and sharing boating stories many times throughout our friendship.
I am absolutely going to miss him and our discussions.
I hope our paths will cross somewhere else down the road.

My condolences to the entire Hayden Family.
