It's a long story, but I'm in need of a trailer for a 2016 230 Vantage with a 300.
I actually had one custom built but for the 3rd time, one of the front guide bunks has twisted while loading. The manufacturer blames me, I blame them, they've offered me a refund.
Anyone know who builds the trailers that come with a BW from the factory?

Has been Karavan but more importantly who built yours and what is the hardware/bunk selected? Post some photos.

Are you sinking the trailer in far enough?

Are you power loading? If you are consider manual loading.

The trailer in this advert does not appear to have forward guides, rather the standard twin bunks. It is only shown in the first 5 seconds of the video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xIbQc...IbQcuKdv90

This boat has a Venture brand. No guides.

We had a phoenix trailer for our 2016 230 Vantage with a 300. Never had a problem with it.

Our Everglades 230DC (step-sister ship to your 230 Vantage) sits on a Phoenix trailer, so I'll second bajasst's recommendation. It's a BEAST. I know Beacon Marine in Wisconsin sells a lot of these trailers, so you might contact them for a recommendation.

Our 190 Montauk is on a Karavan, and I think it's great, but galvanized, so if you are in salt water, the Phoenix is a better fit for salt, as it's aluminum.

There is a company in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi called Sport Trail. They custom build and most everything is welded versus bolted. I tried to get them to build one for my 1985 Classic 15 but they do not have a jig for my boat. The boat dealers in my area say nobody builds a better trailer.

Contact Customer Service and ask them.

If you have the specifications for the boat, any national trailer manufacturer will have a model that fits your boat.
