Which bolt holes are recommended for proper engine height placement for 2002 Mercury 115 ELPTO 2 cycle on 1993 Outrage 17? Prop is a stainless Laser 2 20P. Thanks in advance.

Start with two holes up.

In looking at the top set of holes, the bolt should be in the 3rd hole down from the top. Hence, two holes open up from the bolt.
