I think that I saw one advertised on EBAY a few days ago. Search Boston Whaler and you should see it

I don't think that windshield is the right size. I had a 1986 Montauk and now have a 1991 Outrage 17.

While I have not measured, the Outrage windshield is taller.

Here is the Outrage 17: http://picasaweb.google.com/CascoBayO...7213418882

Here is the Montauk: http://picasaweb.google.com/CascoBayO...3050210450

Do you have the original? Any glass/plexiglass dealer can make you a new one. Expect around $200. I was part of a group buy of new OEM windshields for Montauk's (thanks Tom!).

For each hole, the hardware that attaches the windshield includes:

1) #10-32 x 1 1/4" Phillips flat head stainless steel machine screw
2) #10 stainless steel finishing washer
3) 1/4" stainless steel flat washer
4) 1/4" long x 1/4" diameter white nylon flanged bushing (shoulder washer)
5) 10-32 Wellnut

You can find this at a whaler dealer.

I looked at my windshield again, and I am certain. The Outrage windshield is much taller and has more rake than the Montauk.

Try http://www.updplastics.com/boston%20w...20boats.htm they have many stock molds for whalers way under 200.00! Good Luck!
