This picture attached shows the bow of a 19 Outrage (year 1994, as declared by their owner).
I have two questions:
1) Has the original bow bitt been replaced by the anchor roller? (Not an original BW item, I think.)
2) Are the two cleats on the bow original or were they installed later after removing the original bow bitt?
Thanks.

The 1994 Outrage 19 II did not have a bow bitt like the early Outrage 18s. The two cleats were standard equipment on this model in lieu of a bow bitt. A stainless steel anchor roller was also standard equipment though the one pictured looks like a cast aluminum replacement.
