Has anyone ever made "crew" type t shirts for their boat? Referring to a t shirt w/boat profile, boat name, etc on the back and whaler logo on the front? Looking to do this for Christmas gifts, etc. I have a 1980 outrage. Looking for graphics to take to a silk screener, etc. Thank you in advance!

I would think Jeff Rohlfing would be a good place to start. If you can't get him here, try his facebook page.

Check
www.whalerapparel.com for pre-made shirts you could then customize.

I'm a big fan of Whicked Tuna, the TV show, so I had shirts made for our 17 Outrage, Kat-Royale. My granddaughter did the graphics and we had a bunch printed from rushordertees. Kind of a fun thing to give guests when they fish with us. I may not be a charter captain, but at least I look like one!

Yes I did this with previous larger boats I owned.
The whaler apparel is your best place to start due to trademark infringements other suppliers might not want to use the logo.
After you have the shirts you can then customize and you be surprised what most of your local print shops can come up with if you don't want to do it yourself.
Even a company like Fastsigns, Kinkos, OfficeDepot etc. can do a great job designing something from a picture or so.
You then can take that design to any t-shirt company.

I've made crew shirts before using iron on film from the craft store, just download the image you want and print it out on your inkjet printer and iron it on.
I've also cut the graphics out on a Cricut using iron on vinyl - that holds up better in the long run.
The plus side of the printer method is you get multiple colors in one shot. With the vinyl you need to do multiple cuts.
