Hello folks. Now that the weather has started to cool off a little in North Texas, I am planning out the winter repair/upgrades schedule for my classic 13' BW so she'll be ready to go for the 2008 boating season. I do not have a bimini top for my boat however; as I have two very small children, need one to shade us from this Texas sun. My questions are this; does anyone know who may be selling a used top? What about buying a new one? Where would I go and who would I talk to?

All inputs are greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
Cliff

Cliff,
I got a new Westland top from iboats.com for my 1968 13. It came with all the hardware and a boot for $195.95 plus 15.80 shipping. It is model number 4663srb-x. That means it is 46" high, 63" wide, sharkskin material, and royal blue in color. It was very easy to install and works just fine. For $20.00 more I ordered a slide rail so that I can position the top forward or aft depending on the angle of the sun to the boat. I added a couple of extra tie down loops to the gunwhale to accomodate that. You can see it folded back in my avatar. If you have any questions, shoot me a PM.
