Hi guys,
I broke the head off a bolt while trying to replace the trim/tilt motor on my 1981 Johnson 90 V4, model number J90TLCIM. I feel kinda dumb, because I looked at the wrong paragraph in the shop manual and didn't even need to loosen that screw.
I don't see the broken piece here,

-- so I'm wondering if there's a specific part number for it so I can order a replacement.
It looks like it runs through the bracket and then supports the port side TnT piston. I eased out the other side a bit and noticed that most of it is not threaded.
A pic of the broken bolt is attached.
I guess I'll have to drill it out and re-tap the hole, but since it's currently all the way in, I'm wondering if it would be easier to see if it vibrates loose a bit and go at it with pliers.
But does anyone know what the correct replacement is?
Thanks!

It looks to me like item 83 on the "Exhaust Housing" page. 0321737. If it is frozen enough to twist off, it probably is not going to vibrate loose.

Thanks Walt, I was looking in the wrong section.
