Shopping for replacement prop for 2002 115 hp 2 cycle mercury on 1993 17' Outrage. Looking at going from 21 SS laser (rpms are about 3500) to 17 SS and came across Solas New Saturn. Any experience with Solas??? Thanks in advance.

I have a Solas New Saturn on my Nissan 50 and I'm very pleased.

The prop is well balanced (no vibration), well made, and has a beautiful mirror polished finish.

I am looking to re-prop my 1976 15' sport, spun the hub Sunday. I run a 2001 50 hp Honda 4-stroke. The original prop is an 11.5x13 aluminum 3 blade. I'm curious which Solas prop you put on yours. Thanks very much.

I have used Solas props before and currently using one on my 25HP Evinrude for my Achilles. Can't complain even think I like them better than the Michigan Wheel props I used before on the same outboard.

I have a 13 pitch x 11-1/8 diameter Solas New Saturn. Part number is: 5331-111-13. My lower unit gear ratio is 1.85:1. With a light load I'm seeing about 38mph GPS at 5850 rpm. With a moderate load I'm seeing about 36mph at about 5600 rpm.
