So which one is yours? I can't tell from looking at the shot with your son.
That "unique" one....uh, sure is unique! Yikes!
Hope you get the chance to photograph mine some time this coming summer. Half-way between Fbx and Vldz, as if you didn't know.....
Cheers!

Great photos.
Is the water clear? It is a very different color than I am used to seeing.

I came across this 15 SuperSport that doesn't spend as much time as it should in it's slip. I think the owner neglects it a little!

I am thinking that Super Sport is just mad because it's owner is off taking photo's of all the other boats. Maybe it's a bit jealous.
Beautiful shots, lots of unique boats.

CBO,
The water is a different color because of the mixture of salt and fresh water coming from the glaciers. Out past the Valdez narrows it gets extremely clear.
Kamie,
Unfortunately my wife only travels to Valdez once or twice a summer and that leaves me boating by myself. I have to do it all myself but, in a few years my fishing buddy will be alittle older and it will be on!!
Alaska Ranger,
I'm scratching my head?? Do you fish in Valdez, Seward or Whittier? I don't know if I've seen a Whaler in Healy but that would be neat. I may have to work there again this winter so maybe look me up.

Healy! Good heavens, no. Wrong way.
Paxson, my good man. I'm just up the Denali Highway; I'm on the water with my 17' SuperSportLimited either on Paxson Lake or Summit Lake. But I will very much try to get to the 50th Anniversary Whaler Regatta in Valdez this coming....May? June?
