Hey guys,
New here, but have been around whalers for 20 years or so. As a matter of fact the exact same whaler for 20 years. Having just inherited this boat from my father. There are a few spiderweb like cracks in the deck of the boat in high traffic areas. They are small and not very noticeable. Nothing structural purely cosmetic. I was wondering if any of you knew of any cures for this ailment. Additionally there are a few dings in the hull and the keel. What have your experiences and solutions been??? any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

-Evan

Evan,

Welcome Aboard WhalerCentral.

I wouldn't worry too much about the spider cracks unless they are leaking water.
Most of them are usually just cosmetic.

There are some fixes for the really bad spider cracks but I haven't done any myself.
Maybe someone else can give you some suggestions.
