Hey all,
Just a quick question about winterizing.
The Menemsha has not seen the water this year at all. (Sucks!) But, on the upside I got a lot of deck repairs done, so that's good.
Anyway, I'm wondering if I should fog the engine again since it's been sitting now for a while.
Also, would that premixed, canned Storage Fuel 50:1 make a good storage fuel? I'm seeing that Evinrude doesn't want you to run the engine dry, which I always do, so I'm thinking that storage fuel would be a convenient thing to use.
Any thoughts?
Thanks,
Perry

I agree with Phil but if it's sitting for a long period it wouldn't hurt to turn the key once in a while to keep things moving and lubricated. Just remove the kill switch so it doesn't get any spark and over.
