Today I did the shake down cruise on my 1970 16' custom Whaler.
I bought the 2006 90 Etec used and it came with a SS prop.
The prop is a Viper 13.75 X 15. #389949
Here's the performance I saw today with this prop. Half fuel, one person, very light chop.
25mph @ 3200rpm
39mph @ 5300rpm
I'm pretty sure I can raise the motor one more hole.
I'd like to at least get I to the 40's.

Does anyone know if the stiletto 13.25 x 15 would perform better that this viper 15?

Props are setup at WOT (Wide Open Throttle) and a light to medium load.

Your manual should tell you what the RPM range should be for WOT.
