There are two guys I know of building these. One is Binkie (Rich) her on Whalercentral.com
If you wanted to purchase a new interior made of IPE (stronger and longer lasting than teak and mahogan) contact Yankee Marine
He also works with teak and mahogany. Here are images of his work..

I just Bought 2 side pieces for the gunwales for my 13 foot sport. They have the side pieces stacked to ceiling! supersport mostly. If you want i can get you a couple. They charged me 69 dollars and change for 2 . They charge 5 dollars a pound for them. 2 of them weigh 13 pounds and change. let me know.

Its a warehouse that sells used boat parts. They had mostly the side pieces. SOme front hatches. They did have a bunch of seats but some guy came in and bought the seats up and decided to make bookshelves out of them. they sell their wood for 5 dollars a pound. they didnt have any consoles. I cant remember their name i think it was boat liquidators warehouse. something of that nature.
