Does anyone have an idea on the performance I could expect out of a 90 h.p. Four stroke on this model boat?

With the "right" prop and depending on the hull's total weight
Between 25 to 35MPH.
This is at best a good guess.

there is a fellow in FL with a hull like yours, powered with a Mercury 2-stroke 90. I think he said he gets 35 MPH out of it.

Yup, thats about right. Clark Roberts had at least one 21 footer with a Mercury 90 on it and he reported the same thing.
My brother-in-law has an Outrage 21 with an Evinrude E-TEC 90 and it gets 34 MPH and leaps on plane with four big guys onboard guys as if it had a 150.
I actually think the 21 footer with 90 HP is a great combination.
