As a relatively new owner of an 84 Montauk I have been doing little things to the boat but trying to keep things as original as posssible. I needed some parts and I seen Sue's name all over this website and sent her an email, same day reply. We exchanged another email and 1 phone call to place order. She was very helpful and a joy to talk to. I do not mean to go to overboard but most of todays customer service leaves much to desire. So to any forum reader out there that is need of assistance give Sue a try!!!!

There is a good reason why they get SO MUCH business. Good Customer Service spreads word of mouth like wild fire.

I agree. Customer service Sue's style is all too rare these days. If you need nearly ANYTHING for a Whaler or many outboard motors, try Twin Cities Marine. At the top of our right-hand sidebar, they are listed in the Visit Our Sponsors window.
