I know this is simple and I'm missing something, but how do you add the smiley faces to your comment? Thanks.

Ron,
Just click on anyone of them and they will insert anywhere the blinking text cursor is.
They will look like like a text with a letter until you post your reply. Then they will look like a smiley.
