My motor is a 1987 Suzuki DT25 with the original 6 gallon portable metal fuel tank. The fuel line with squeeze bulb has female quick disconnects on each end but both are different sizes. The male end on the tank measures .510 OD while the male end on the engine measures .432.
I want to buy a 3 gallon Tempo or Moeller plastic tank because I never use much more than 1-2 gallons of fuel on any fishing trip.
I can find the quick connect for the engine side .432 easily but I can't locate the one for the tank side .510 which is the one I will need for the new tank.
The different sizes do make some sense because the squeeze bulb is directional so the fuel line can't be hooked up backwards.
Simple part but I can't seem to locate what I need. Any help, maybe just a Suzuki part number would solve my mystery. The ones I can find have either the .432 OD, line to engine size listed or no OD size at all. Others claim to be the tank fitting but also listed as .432 OD.

Just swap out the tank-end hose fitting to match the tank itself.
The outboard motor won't know or care what type of fitting you use.
