So I will have to see if shiftshaft.com has something for my 90hp Yamaha but I am not optimistic since the web site says for 115 -225 hp engines.....and I can t get the powerhead off...heating bolts and all...
If I repower should I go with max allowable on boat (100hp)??? Other than cost and gas why not right???
Is there a table comparing engine weights etc. ? Other than personal loyalties...any reason not to get a Suzuki? I d love an evinrude but a friend of mine sells suzukis and said she can get me a deal....
In the end, doi just want the lightest, most powerful available for 100hp ?

I don't think anyone makes a 100hp in the US market at this time.

Yes, we have many "Current Engine Choices" for different length models in our article section. Or, the easiest place to find everything we have on this site is our "Site Map" link.

If you have a friend who can get you a deal on a Suzuki, and good, local service, then I think the Suzuki 90 would be a great choice. The eTec is a whisker lighter and would be excellent too. I like that Suzuki isn't afraid to think out of the box with their designs.
