New to forum, long time boater. Had 3' disease for a while there...18'-21'-25' in 3 years.

Just bought a 1972 13' Sourpuss model w/ 35 HP Johnson. Great shape and excited to get out on the water.

Fixing lights, adding farkles. Need some Whaler Blue gel-coat touch up for cockpit. Trailer needs new lights....

I had to change the name of the boat you listed as you listed 2 models as one. Super Sport Sourpuss

1. Standard
2. Sport
3. Sourpuss

Here are the models made during that time frame.
The Super Sport wasn't made until 1984

Joe,

Thanks for the help in identifying my model Whaler.

Looking at the pics in that link, it's a Sourpuss. Steering wheel in the middle, wooden seat back with wrap around rail.... no bow rail.

PO put Super Sport, Sourpuss model(?) on the bill of sale, so I guess he was confused.
