Anyone else have any experience ordering anything from nautical Lumber (site sponsor)??
I ordered outrage console doors about 2 and a half months ago. $630 out of my account, and 70+ days later, no doors, and no answer when I try to call. I have left several messages for them, no return of call. Has anyone else had issues with them? That is a good amount of money to be putting into two console doors, and I would have thought that 10 weeks was more than enough time to produce them. (since they told me 6 weeks when I ordered them).
Any insight would be appreicated. Does anyone know a better number to call? One is disconnected, the other goes to a machine. It seems like the only time I have had someone answer was when I gave them my money. Since then, no answer.

That's outrageous. Mike at Nautical Lumber should respond to you and explain why he has not delivered the parts you have already paid for and either deliver them or return your money.
I had a very bad experience with Mike myself, so I am not hopeful for you. His product may be good, but his communication skills are atrocious. Have you tired email?

I do not have an email address for him. Do you happen to have one?
I did not want to just blow him out of he water without confirmation that my thoughts were not crazy. In light of your info, I am glad to know that I am not crazy for being frustrated with the progress here. $630 is a lot of money, and 10 weeks is a lot of time to be without it and without the product. Not to mention my outrage looks really weird on the water with no doors whatsoever...

You are not crazy, nor are you alone in your frustration.
