Brian, Billy and I fished the area outsied of Solomons Island this past sunday 4-22-07. The weather was perfect. We trailered down early and had lines in the water by 6:30am. We trolled 7 lines using planer boards, 50' out port and starboard. The fishfinder was showing alot of fish.....Billy reels in a nice fish.

We called it a day at 1:30pm. A really nice day on the Chesapeake Bay....

Very nice striper. Nothing like a good days fishing on your Whaler. B)

RGT,
Thanks for the reply! Unfortunately, we only got one but it was a good one. A steller day weather wise. The whaler and new Lowrance GPS/FF both ran perfectly. Looking to get back out there this weekend.B)

Nice catch Mike.
One of the folks that work for me had a case of "Striperitis" this week as well. It often strikes without warning, especially bad on really nice sunny days. He was completely cured by the next day, but I am quite sure it will return.

For me, there's only one sure cure for fishingitis. That, of course, is to go fishing. Only problem is the cure doesn't last too long.
Mike. "only one" huh? Well... At least it was a heck of a fish to knock the skunk off the boat bud!
