The SS cutwater I salvaged from my burned CPD 22 fits the 19 like a glove.
I dont like the idea of drilling 20 holes in the hull to install it the same way CPD did.
I fear collision with Beaver salad & my normal reckless abandon will bend the SS & loosen the screws...thus, water intrusion (there was some evidence of this on the 22).
I havent used 5200 enough to know whether or not it bonds to stainless very well. Would resin or epoxy be better?
Of course all surfaces would be sanded, dry, warm etc.
I plan to use several ratchet straps & bottle jacks to hold it in place while it cures.
It is a work boat. Finished look is not an issue tho the shinny cutwater would stand out nicely.
If it cant be glued permanently, laying roving/mat over the cutwater might take care of everything. I could use it for a log bronc.
